The History…

PAM was first noticed by the Sugar Cane industry in 1994 after winning the overall first prize at the annual Australian Farm Software competition with PAM for Potato Growers. We were invited to address the Bureau of Sugar Cane Experimental Stations annual conference in Airlie Beach. PAM was then adapted to suit the needs of the cane industry.

Since that time PAM UltraCrop has had uptake by the cane industry and proven that it can handle cane as well as it does any crop that 'comes its way'.

Reef Rescue - An Australian Government initiative

The objective of these practices is to improve the water quality of the Great Barrier Reef lagoon by reducing potential nutrient, pesticide and sediment load while helping improve farm productivity and profitability.

Fairport's Queensland distributor, Paul Olsen of Brisbane based AgIT, spent several years based in Mackay as a Sugar Cane Agronomist and understands the industry well. He has worked closely with the Granshaw brothers to ensure they get the most out of PAM UltraCrop and Pocket PAM.
